A couple of months ago I purchased the Dell P2715Q, and with some delay it got finally delivered. QHD WITH 240Hz (OC 270Hz) SUPPORTS ADAPTIVE-SYNC TECHNOLOGY. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Catalyst Control, graphics drivers and monitor drivers. The Aorus FI27Q gaming monitor features a 27” QHD panel (2560x1440 resolution) in a 16:9 aspect ratio with a 240hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, Premium Freesync, NVIDIA G-SYNC technology, HDR support, and built-in digital LED's with RGB Fusion 2.

They just tell you to go straight to the vendor, which RMA it to the service centre, where they can't reproduce the issue (cause it's not that plain and simple). If everything on the screen flickers, but Task Manager doesn't, then you're dealing with an incompatible Display intermittently blanking, flickering or losing video signal.

Turning gsync off seems to rectify it, but that's not really the point of having a gsync monitor. Essentially what you are going to do is download CRU if you don't have it already, and change your lower end V rate to 90 from 48 and adjust your higher end to 144, or you can keep it at 165, but i have a gtx 1070 so at 1440p i'm not hitting that refresh rate to often until i upgrade. My P Screen flickering in Windows 10 is usually caused by display drivers.
